This notice covers the WOBiapp informational launch website and enquiries sent to its contact email. It does not cover future platform accounts, service transactions or payments.

Who is responsible?

The website is operated by Eldi Capital Oy. For privacy enquiries and requests, contact investors@wobiapp.com.

Visiting this website

The main launch page has no payment function or advertising tags. The separate early-access form collects email and campaign-code details only after a visitor chooses to submit it. See the early-access privacy notice for the purpose, consent, confirmation and retention details. Fonts, styles and images are served from this website. Optional Google Analytics is blocked until you choose to accept it. Your choice is stored in browser local storage so that it can be remembered; this preference stays until you change it or clear browser data.

Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical request data through the hosting service. This may include IP addresses, requested pages, access times and browser information. Our hosting service is provided by Zoner. Technical data is used to operate the website, investigate faults and protect it against misuse, based on legitimate interests in providing a secure website.

Optional analytics and your choice

With your consent, we use our existing Google Analytics 4 resource to understand visits and improve this website. Until you select “Accept analytics”, the page does not load Google Analytics or send analytics requests. You can reject analytics or reopen Privacy settings in the footer at any time.

When enabled, Analytics may process page visits, device and browser information and approximate location information. This website sends page and referrer addresses without their query strings or fragments. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration. We do not send your email enquiry, email address or contact-link address as an analytics event.

Analytics can set _ga cookies to distinguish browsers. Our tag is configured with a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days without renewing it on each visit. Analytics processing is based on your consent. Withdrawing consent disables analytics, removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page. It does not erase data already received by Google.

Google provides Analytics and may process data outside the EEA. Its applicable data-protection terms and transfer arrangements govern that processing. See Google’s privacy information. Our Analytics resource currently retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. Aggregated reports may be retained separately. These periods are separate from cookie lifetime.

Contacting us by email

The contact link opens your own email application. This website does not submit a form or store your message. If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to include to handle the enquiry and related correspondence. This is based on our legitimate interests in communicating with investors and potential partners; where your enquiry concerns a potential contract with you, processing may also be necessary for steps taken at your request before a contract.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Authorised people handling the enquiry and the hosting or email providers supporting those services may have access where necessary. We do not use this launch page for automated decisions or profiling.

Retention and service providers

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any related obligations or legal claims. Technical logs and backups are handled according to the hosting service arrangements and security needs. The appropriate period depends on the purpose, the ongoing relationship and applicable obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity to handle a request. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

Changes to the website

We will review this notice as the website develops. If advertising technology or platform account functions are added, their data processing and any required choices must be described before they are used.
